REVIEW
Dipnoi is a old fashionade Hard Rock/Hardcore/Thrashing band very much rooted in early Black Sabbath and some eighties Hardcore/Thrash. The songs go from really slow, stoner doom-esque and sabbath-like anthems like "Underneath" (avaliable on the band's first demo) to ultra fast and furious explosions of hardcore speed like "Road Movies". Many may read the "Hard Rock" label and picture people wearing spandex and pink hair, but actually nothing could be further from the truth. No posers allowed!!! I only call it Hard Rock because it rocks really hard!!! :) and yet it's not thrash or pure speed. It's heavy...... and that's about it. As simple as it sounds. If you're into seriously heavy music (and i mean HEAVY) you'll probably like it.
